Bol This work aimed to develop and evaluate the phytochemistry and biological activity of a vegan facial serum, formulated from the synergistic association of hydroalcoholic extracts (Jasminum officinale, Anacardium occidentale and Mangifera indica) and a complex of nanoemulsified essential oils (Syzygium aromaticum, Cinnamomum verum, Amygdalus communis, Citrus sinensis, Copaiba langsdorffii and Rosa rubiginosa). The extractions were carried out by maceration and hydrodistillation, and the nanoemulsions were obtained by phase inversion. The facial serum was analyzed for spectrophotometric quantification of total phenols, flavonoids, tannins and vitamin C, as well as the evaluation of antioxidant (ABTS, DPPH and FRAP) and anti-inflammatory in vitro (albumin denaturation) activities.
