VEHICLE SAFETY MONITORING AND ACCIDENT ALERT SYSTEM

The Vehicle Safety Monitoring and Accident Alert System using IoT is designed to provide an efficient and automated solution for detecting vehicular accidents and transmitting emergency alerts in real time. The advanced technology and facilities available have made our lives easier. The appearance of technology has also increased the traffic hazards, and therefore, road accidents occur frequently, which causes huge loss of life and property, thanks to the poor emergency facilities. Our project will provide an optimum solution to the current drawback. An SW420 sensor can be used as a crash or rollover detector of the vehicle during and after a crash. The vibration sensor is utilized in order to check the vibration rates of the car. By monitoring the obtained data from the vibration sensor, a severe accident is recognized.
