Vengeance: Keep Your Friends Close and Enemies Closer

The brutal murder of a teenager sparks a series of tragic and unexplained events that eventually lead to a court case, and then a trio of young men from North Wales enlisting in the army. Following the invasion of Iraq by Western coalition forces, the three are deployed to the defeated country where they soon discover that winning the war was easier than keeping the peace. Tasked with maintaining law and order in that hot, lawless rugged environment, and with the constant threat of attack, nerves become frayed and the camaraderie amongst the tight knit group is slowly eroded by envy, bullying, bouts of cowardice on the part of one member, and a hidden agenda that eventually manifests itself with the force of one of the dreaded I.E.D's that are the scourge of army patrols and convoys in this wild and dangerous land.
