Tom Hardy stars in this triple bill of sci-fi action adventures based on the Marvel Comics characters. In 'Venom' (2018) journalist Eddie Brock (Hardy) is stuck in a professional rut and seeks out a story that will revive his career. When he starts investigating the survivalist group known as Life Foundation, Eddie finds himself face-to-face with a symbiotic alien which takes over his body. When Eddie discovers that the symbiote wishes to use his body as a vessel for committing murder, he must try to escape its clutches in order to save his own life. In 'Venom: Let There Be Carnage' (2021), as he adjusts to life as the host of the alien symbiote Venom, Eddie is granted an exclusive interview with incarcerated serial killer Cletus Kasady (Woody Harrelson). While he attempts to solve a murder case on behalf of Detective Patrick Mulligan (Stephen Graham), Cletus becomes the new host of symbiote Carnage and breaks out of prison to reunite with his former girlfriend Frances Barrison (Naomie Harris). Finally, in 'Venom: The Last Dance' (2024), Eddie and Venom are forced to go on the run when they are hunted by forces from both of their worlds. Knull (Andy Serkis), the creator of the symbiotes, has sent a Xenophage after them, believing they hold the key to freeing him from his imprisonment. Meanwhile, soldier Rex Strickland (Chiwetel Ejiofor) and scientist Teddy Payne (Juno Temple) are also seeking the pair. With the fate of the universe at stake, Eddie and Venom must make a difficult decision about their future.
