As a poet, I have an obligation to transform the venom that I feel into words. These words are framed to explore the personal, sensual and spiritual boundries around the sharp edges of the modern world. This book is full of hard conversations and harder experiences. This is real, raw, sexy and relatable. It's ugly crying and passionate gasps. I am standing in truth, emerging reclaimed and glowing as a woman standing firmly in her faith. I know God equipped me and then amplifed my courage to speak. LOUDER. He took this venom and manifested the exact antidote, I needed. Since this project has been heavy on my heart for years, I decided to finally write a few fucking poems about it.
