Visibility: Look. Reflect. Respond.

VISIBILITYLook. Reflect. Respond.Evaluating Member-Ministry Health Through Kingdom Performance IndicatorsWhat if the greatest obstacle to church growth isn't a lack of vision-but a lack of visibility?Far too many churches celebrate activity while overlooking effectiveness. They count attendance but fail to measure engagement. They celebrate decisions but rarely evaluate discipleship. They report numbers but struggle to understand what those numbers are actually revealing about the health of their ministry. In VISIBILITY, Dr. Jeffrey L. Enlow Sr. introduces Kingdom Performance Indicators (KPIs)-a comprehensive biblical framework designed to help pastors and ministry leaders evaluate what truly matters. Blending sound theology, practical leadership, organizational strategy, and decades of pastoral experience, this groundbreaking work equips leaders to move beyond assumptions and lead with clarity, intentionality, and measurable Kingdom impact.Rather than adopting secular business models, VISIBILITY demonstrates that evaluation has always been a biblical principle. Throughout Scripture, God consistently assessed the condition of His people before providing direction, correction, or increase. Healthy stewardship requires healthy evaluation, and healthy evaluation begins with visibility.Inside these pages, you will discover how to: - Measure ministry health beyond attendance.- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and hidden blind spots.- Track discipleship, engagement, and spiritual growth.- Build meaningful Kingdom Performance Indicators for every ministry.- Develop systems that produce accountability and sustainable growth.- Lead with confidence through data-informed, Spirit-led decision making.- Create a culture of continuous evaluation, improvement, and Kingdom excellence.Whether you lead a church plant, an established congregation, a nonprofit organization, or a ministry team, VISIBILITY provides the practical tools and biblical insight necessary to transform information into intentional action.Because what you cannot see, you cannot accurately lead.Look.
