Warhammer Horus Heresy Mechanicum: Castellax Battle Automata Maniple

The Castellax Battle-automata are multipart plastic combat robots, designed for siege work and shock assaults. Raised to towering height with an armored endoskeleton and atomantic shielding, these humanoid machines form a core element of Mechanicum forces during the Horus Heresy. The kit builds two Castellax Battle-automata, central constructs of the Mechanicum that can be equipped with a range of weapons and shoulder mounts for varied battlefield roles.

You can customise each automaton with three different arm joints plus joints in the waist and shoulders to create a variety of poses. Optional arm configurations include a pair of claw-like shock charges or circular power blades, and each automaton may mount in-built bolters or flamers for either weapon. Shoulder-mounted options include two mauler bolt cannons, a darkfire cannon, and a multi-melta. If you arm your automata with shock chargers, you can have the claws gripped shut or open and ready to grab the enemy.

This set contains 191 plastic components, 2x Citadel 60mm Round Bases, and a Mechanicum Constructs Transfer Sheet with 558 waterslide transfers for customization. The miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly.
