This is the "Warrior's Allegory"... the sometimes mystical journey of a Viet Nam Era soldier who learned what it meant to be a warrior while fulfilling the oath of freedom fighter. These are more poetic works similar to the works I presented to you in "Warrior's Manuscript", but with a little more of the mystic. I promise you, the humor and satire are here in the usual abundance and all the romance that a poet can't help but effuse, but as much mystery through an unknown Jungle that is fiction as close to the classified truth as I can get to my adventures in the Asian theater without resorting to well... like sarge said, "If I told ya, I'd hafta kill ya."This is the holy story of the warrior; This is the medicine wheel; This is the howling wolf; And the singing clouds. For all the warriors Who have fought to not fight; And all the children Who have listened to the shaman; We have come to sing The song of silent wind; And return our weapons To the stone.
