The work investigates the whatness of a human being. Essential features are viewed from interrelated points of neuroscience, philosophy, biophysiology, quantum mechanics, psychology, communication and computation. One chapter is dedicated to the topology of brain and another one to consciousness. Theories of aging are discussed. Psychological profile of a human-being is addressed including the phenomenon of the self. An important subject of this article is the body internal communication. The attention is paid to the transcendentals named metasymbols of life. The term "mindware" is proposed for labelling human operating system responsible for harmony and coherence of human-being's behaviour. Reflections on the passing of life are mentioned at the end. This paper reviews many sources and could be assumed as an attempt to mark known, nearly known or sometimes unnameable answers to never-ending questions.
