Dr. Panier holds a Ph.D. in Public Communication from Université Laval and multiple master’s degrees in law and communication from France. He lectures at the State University of Haiti and is the author of several books and academic publications. Céline Fabre is Counsellor at Haiti’s Permanent Mission to the UN. She studied international relations in the Dominican Republic and law in Haiti, later earning a master’s in diplomacy from UNITAR-UOC. She has served in Haiti’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2012 and actively participated in key UN negotiations, especially in the Third Committee. Christopher Pierre is First Secretary at the Mission of Haiti to the UN. He specializes in peacekeeping and decolonization. He holds degrees in diplomacy and international relations and is completing a business analysis program at Harvard Business School.
