When the Wolfsbane Blooms: A Young Adult Paranormal Novel

When fifteen-year-old Summer comes home from ballet class to find her mom packing, she's horrified to discover their destination is a creepy town without cell towers or internet but what is there makes up for it: the world-renowned Galina Ballet Company she's dreamed of dancing in since she was ten. To get her mind off the deaths, Summer puts her energy into practicing with Devon, her Nutcracker Prince whose charm and lopsided grin have mesmerized her. When another missing girl is found dead with similar injuries, the police want to speak to Devon's father who was recently released from prison for murder. Devon confesses to Summer that he's found blood on his own hands and he can't remember what happened. He's afraid he's inherited his father's killing ways. Summer has to figure out what really happened to the girls and who is responsible for their deaths, because she knows in her heart it's not the boy she loves.
