Where is Your Church

This book is lovingly dedicated to every soul who has ever worn a uniform, carrying theweight of service and sacrifice, only to find themselves adrift upon the shores of civilian life.It is for the veterans of San Antonio, whose resilience shines brighter than the Texas sun, even when obscured by the shadows of hardship. To the men and women who have knownthe biting chill of a San Antonio night beneath an overpass, whose stories are etched not instone, but in the lines of their faces and the quiet weariness of their eyes - this is for you. It is for the veterans who taught me the true meaning of community under the vast, indifferent sky, who shared their meager meals and their untold burdens with a generositythat humbled me. You showed me that a church is not built of brick and mortar, but ofshared humanity, of listening ears, and of hearts willing to open without judgment. You arethe congregants, the sanctuary, and the sermon.
