Whispering Shadow The Trail

'Deep in the mountains lies Shadow Vale, a village swallowed by mist and memory. When a young scholar arrives chasing fragments of a lost Celtic-tribal myth, he finds only silence, carved talismans, and eyes glowing in the dark. The forest has a guardian: the Leshy, once protector, now a towering horror of bark and wrath. Beneath the village sleeps something older-the Leviathan, sealed long ago behind a reptilian maw of stone. And someone has been whispering to both. Guided by a secretive elder whose hands tremble when he speaks the old names, the scholar descends into forbidden caverns, racing to reforge a broken seal before the abyss wakes. Every rune he carves demands a price. Every truth he uncovers bleeds. In a place where Celtic knots tangle with tribal spirits and Dakinis dance on the edge of nightmares, one question remains: Can light be born from shadow, or will the valley claim another soul before dawn? A haunting fusion of gothic dread and forgotten mythologies, Shadow Vale is the chilling first instalment in a dark fantasy series where ancient curses refuse to stay buried. Perfect for readers who crave atmospheric horror with a heartbeat of cultural mystery.
