Wither Thou Goest: the Journey of Faith That Birthed Lineage King David

In a land where she is a stranger, loyalty is her only map. Moab is the only home Ruth has ever known-until death shatters her world, leaving her a childless widow in a famine-struck land. Her only tie to the future is Naomi, her bitter and grieving mother-in-law, who is determined to return to the dusty hills of Bethlehem. Faced with a choice between the safety of her father's house and a perilous journey to a nation that despises her people, Ruth makes a vow that echoes through history: "Whither thou goest, I will go." Arriving in Bethlehem as destitute outcasts, the two women must navigate a rigid patriarchal society where their survival depends on the mercy of strangers. Ruth's courage leads her to the fields of Boaz, a wealthy landowner with the power to redeem their lineage-or leave them to starve. "Whither Thou Goest" is a sweeping tale of devotion, risk, and the unexpected romance that paved the way for a King. Follow the story of a woman who walked away from everything she knew to find the God she was destined to serve.
