This book is filled with unapologetic poetry, raw emotions no longer hiding between each line.This is a small glimpse into the life I was tossed into; forced to endure - from being unwanted at birth and given up to the state and in foster care until adoption. That wasn't the end of my demise but the beginning. I was adopted into a home where the matriarch had difficulties showing unconditional love. One could say I was emotionally abused by her. Being raised by a narcissistic manipulator is not for the weak. This is my roller coaster of a life. A ride packed with rage, sorrow, the pain of unanswered questions. It scratches the surface of sexual assault, and the ashes left after the fire that devastates to the core. It also explores joy, lust and the mysteries of love at first sight and saying goodbye to that love.
