So, I packed up my bags, booked a dreamy, picture-perfect cabin in the woods of Northern Michigan and left with no real plan in sight. I was expecting a quiet, snowy Christmas by myself. I wasn't counting on the owner of the cabin to be a grumpy lumberjack straight out of every woman's fantasy thinking I broke into his cabin. I paid for this place fair and square.
