To clean, use warm water and mild soap, then rinse it off and spray it with a toy cleaner before letting it air dry. Use some lube on your shaft and balls, then rub lube on the inside of the tunnel. Gently start to tug down on your balls, relaxing as much as you can. Stretch it open and pop one ball in at a time. Once it is on, tug gently and make sure enough lube is used so the skin isn't being pulled. Start to stroke yourself.
