Yogic Wisdom for the Young

This work provides essential guidance to the youth of today, giving them solid framework and practical tools to unlock their greater potential. The practices described in this work help avoid costly mistakes early in life. The technical details contained in this book have been largely unknown by the general population, and have often been well kept by a handful of esoteric yogic traditions. I have carefully distilled a useful subset of these practices in an easily accessible and practical manner. I hope readers will find this work valuable, practical, and usable in their day to day lives. This is a critical yogic work based on a sub-school of the Himalayan pāśupatya samayācāra tradition of Yoga called "pratyabhijñātmaka".
