Bol "You Can Have It All Back" is a raw, experimental poem by E.C Sainz that provides profound themes of trauma, sacrifice, and the Reclamation of self. Dedicated to the author's ancestors and grandmother, the work serves as a vulnerable "healing journey" through past pain and eventual liberation. The poem is characterized by a repetitive, rhythmic structure that emphasizes a total surrender of past shame and external control.Ultimately, the work is a declaration of victory through nonexistence. By accepting and returning the "garbage" and "unholy" labels given to them, the speaker claims a "sacred divinity" that is beyond the reach of those who sought to destroy them.
