The first volume in the enthralling 'Corvill Weaving' saga. In the mid nineteenth century, Scotland's weaving industry is booming, and tartan is the height of fashion. Young Jenny Corvill, daughter of one of Edinburgh's foremost websters, is determined that her father's firm should receive the royal seal of approval from the young Queen Victoria.
