Bible Survey: New Testament Studies

Bible Survey: New Testament Studies introduces students to the books, message, structure, theology, and redemptive fulfillment of the New Testament.This course begins with the coming of Jesus Christ, the fulfillment of Old Testament promise, and the establishment of the New Covenant through His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension.Students will study the Gospels, the book of Acts, the Pauline Epistles, the General Epistles, and the book of Revelation. Special attention is given to the person and finished work of Jesus Christ, righteousness by faith, New Creation identity, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, Christian maturity, and the believer's hope in Christ.The New Testament reveals the fulfillment of what the Old Testament promised, pictured, and prophesied. Jesus Christ is the center of the New Testament.
