Nieuw, Sealed DVD Beschrijving Conductor Gunther Schuller leidt 30 jazzmuzikanten naar de wereldste uitvoering van Charles Mingus "Epitaph", een werk dat werd ontdekt na de dood van de grote jazzbassist, opmerkelijk als het grootste en langste stuk ooit geschreven voor een jazzorkester. De voorstelling vond plaats in juni 1989 in de Alice Tully Hall van het Lincoln Centre in New York, een decennium na Mingus dood in 1979.
