Constitutional and legal foundations of Kazakhstan's sovereignty

Issues of state sovereignty, problems and prospects for the establishment of state independence have always been relevant, both in theoretical and practical terms, for any state in the world and occupy a central place in contemporary political and legal teachings about the state. These issues are also of great importance for Kazakhstan, which experienced all the negative consequences of losing its state independence as part of the Soviet Union. The need for scientific research into this political and legal problem stems from the desire to understand the objective and subjective reasons that determined the development of Kazakh society's consciousness towards restoring its state independence. The need for in-depth study and analysis of these issues is determined by the fact that the process of establishing the independence of any state is a complex phenomenon that requires close attention and the involvement of legal scholars. The study of these issues requires special attention, especially now that Kazakhstani science has found a topical object of research - the sovereign state-legal development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
