Lactic Acid (E270) Powder Our Lactic Acid is a premium quality Vegan-friendly powder made from cane or beet sugar. Lactic Acid, also known as Milk Acid, occurs naturally in fermented dairy products such as yoghurt, kefir, koumiss, lassi and certain cottage cheeses.
