Management of severe burns using sterile polyethylene membrane: Late adjuvant debridement, with excellent results and at low cost

Severe burns occupy a very important place in the suffering of the patient who requires acute intervention with risks of cardio respiratory collapse and hypovolemic shock and chronic, in several aspects since the damage is devastating for the life of the sufferer, due to the sequelae from the functioning of the body, pain and emotional to aesthetic that will last for life.
