Bol Workplace bullying is a contemporary phenomenon of growing significance, characterized by inappropriate behavior that negatively affects individuals, organizations, and society. This study aims to analyze the management strategies adopted by the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina to raise awareness and prevent workplace bullying in educational and administrative settings. This is a qualitative, exploratory study grounded in the interpretive paradigm, which utilized bibliographic and documentary research as well as a case study. The data, obtained through interviews, were analyzed using the content analysis technique proposed by Laurence Bardin. The results indicate that institutional strategies are primarily led by the Internal Affairs Office, the Ethics Committee, and the Ombudsman's Office. Despite the observed progress, there is a clear need to expand training initiatives focused on this issue to include all staff members, as a means of strengthening efforts to prevent and address workplace bullying within the institutional environment.
