Bol Belarus has adopted the Social and Economic Development Program for 2026-2030, which contains seven priorities for the five-year plan, including growth in competitiveness, acceleration of technological development, and digital transformation. Against the background of geopolitical instability and a slowdown in the global economy, the expected growth of the Belarusian economy will be at least three percent per year, and nearly 16 percent for the entire five-year period. By increasing the technological level of the economy, it is planned to ensure growth in exports of goods and services from Belarus by 1.2 times over the five-year period, with the share of high-tech and science-intensive products in the export of goods and services reaching 44 percent in 2030. In close conjunction with science, the task has been set to form new high-tech industries - the production of industrial robots, unmanned systems, manned aviation equipment and microelectronic products, pharmaceuticals and biotechnological products, and electric and hybrid passenger cars. Further diversification of foreign trade is envisaged by increasing the share of "far arc" countries to 30 percent by 2030. How these tasks are already being implemented in practice is discussed in this work.
