SOCIO PHILOSOPHICAL ISSUES OF DEVELOPING MODERN EDUCATIONAL CULTURE

This monograph is dedicated to a systematic and complex analysis of the socio-philosophical foundations of developing modern educational culture. In this work, the phenomenon of education is interpreted not merely as a process of knowledge transfer, but as a vital socio-cultural institution that determines the spiritual and intellectual progress of society. The formation, development stages, and theoretical-methodological foundations of educational culture, as well as its transformation amidst contemporary global processes, are illuminated through deep philosophical analysis. The monograph examines the integral connection between education and culture based on ontological, axiological, gnoseological, and sociological approaches. Educational culture is substantiated as a decisive factor in personal development, the formation of social consciousness, and ethical norms. The author interprets education as a system of spiritual values and a mechanism for transmitting social experience and cultural heritage, theoretically justifying its development in harmony with the principles of humanism, student-centeredness, and social responsibility.
