Cardiogoal is een teamsport waarbij 2 gemengde teams van 6 spelers met de hand spelen. In het spel moeten spelers de spiraalbal (ook wel de komeet genoemd) door een van de 3 gekleurde ringen (geel-blauw-rood) gooien die verticaal op een totale hoogte van 3 meter zijn geplaatst. Elke kleur van ring komt overeen met een aantal punten. Het team met de meeste punten wint de wedstrijd. Licht en mobiel doel dat eenvoudig in elkaar wordt gezet, met draagtas voor gemakkelijk transport. Dit doel is speciaal ontwikkeld voor kinderen van 4 tot 10 jaar en is ook uitstekend geschikt voor aangepaste lichamelijke opvoeding (rolstoelgebruikers).
