Terracus: the Allosia, and Treatise on Pan-National Council

The extant works of Terracus are presented here in a new translation, including the complete Allosia and the Treatise on the Pan-National Council. These are, perhaps, the most important and complete works which have come down to us from the so-called Golden Age of Homadal: the important era in which the new country was in the process of developing its unique culture, and expanding its sphere of influence.The Allosia is a description of the character, customs, and geography of the tribes and inhabitants of the Allos Plain. The Treatise on the Pan-National Council treats the importance, in Terracus's view, of that historical event, as it pertained to the development and events of Homadal's Golden Age.Both works are told in Terracus' uniquely engaging style, combining the historical accuracy of an eye-witness with his own frank opinions and observations. Together they provide the reader with perhaps the most thorough record of the early days of Homadal.
